We haven't blogged in awhile, but we are here. This summer has been a busy one for both of us, lots of family events and my continuing ed and such, but things are looking good for both of us. We have been excersising, but I must say its been harder this summer to get in our workouts. We have only been able to workout a couple times a week. Just last night David said to me he loves the summer, but is happy that we are at the end of it so we can really focus again. We have not gained any weight in a month, so that is good, but we have only lost a little. We intend on updating our site with our new weight and such,it is just hard finding the time to do so. We are getting ready to go on vacation beginning this Friday, we are going camping for a week. It will be a great time! So after we are back we will get things updated.
